We endeavour to despatch orders within 2 working days using a 24 hour or 48 hour service depending on your location (Mon - Fri excl. UK and local bank holidays) but please allow 28 days for delivery. When your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email. Your order will be delivered by an insured courier service and will require a signature.

We hold huge stocks but occasionally items go out of stock. If this happens we will notify you of the delay and offer an alternative, or you may choose to have a refund.

All goods are checked before despatch, but In the very unlikely event of any items in your order being damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of signing for the goods, giving details of the damaged items. We will then arrange for the damaged goods to be collected free of charge. When the items have been received by Esuasion Ltd. we will inspect the goods, and if damaged, they will be replaced free of charge without delay.

We do not operate a customer collection service as we operate from a warehouse and have no customer facilities

If you believe that there may be item(s) missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of signing for your order and we will investigate the situation.

If you decide that you placed the order in error the items you have ordered may be returned at your expense (excludes personalised items which can not be returned). You must contact us before returning the goods using the email address detailed on our contact page. The goods must be returned in their original condition, at your expense, within 14 days of the goods being delivered and signed for. We accept no liability for loss or damage during return transit. Confirmation of posting is no guarantee of delivery and items should be sent via a "signed for" service.

Please note that you have a statutory right to cancel your within 7 days of delivery by written notice.
